Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We accept returns for items with manufacturer defects.
If you receive a defective record, please contact us at roundtriprecords@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving the item and we will determine the best way to proceed. If it is determined necessary to return the item, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the entire item in the original mailer including any inserts, shrink wrap, etc. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you store credit in amount of the defective item purchase price.
International customers may be offered a full or partial discount as international shipping costs may make returning the items an inefficient solution.

SHIPPING:
We will ship items within 5 days of you placing the paid order. Enter your shipping address carefully because that is the address we will use to create our shipping label! We will provide you with tracking information so all orders can be followed in the delivery process. The item will be considered delivered when the shipping provider marks the delivery status as "DELIVERED".
If an item is shipped to an address different from the one you provide, we will offer you the choice to either have us refund your order OR give you store credit in the full amount of the items purchased.
If you enter an address incorrectly and the order is shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for delivery. However, if the items are returned to us, we will re-ship the order after buyer pays for the additional shipping cost.
